摘　　要：基于计算机科学与技术专业在嵌入式系统人才培养的需求,从培养方案、师资队伍、教学模式、课程建设及使用示范区建设等方面改革和探讨,并提出"团队式"人才培养模式新思路,以及实施方法和最近实践结果,为计算机人才的培养提供有益的借鉴。Based on the specialty of computer science and technology in embedded system personnel training needs, from the training scheme,teaching staff, teaching mode, curriculum construction and the use of demonstrative area construction and other aspects of reform and dis-cussion, and puts forward the ＂team＂ talent training model and the implementation of new ideas, methods and recent results of practice,for computer talents to provide a beneficial reference.
