摘　　要：针对地方政府绩效评估问题,采用平衡记分卡的方法,分析了其在地方政府部门绩效评估中的适用性,并对平衡计分卡维度进行修正,提出了从成本、业绩、内部流程管理、学习与成长4个维度来构建指标体系,为地方政府绩效评估提供参考。In view of the problem of local government performance evaluation,with the method of balanced scorecard,the applicability of the performance evaluation of local government departments is analyzed and the balanced scorecard dimensions are modified.Four dimensions are put forward to construct index system including cost,performance,internal process management,learning and growth,which provides some reference for local government performance evaluation.
