摘  要:目的:了解上海市青少年对于性与生殖健康知识的掌握情况及需求,为后期采取有效的干预措施提供研究基础。方法:2015年1~3月,应用横断面调查的研究方法,采用多阶段随机整群抽样抽取上海市6所中小学作为研究对象,内容包括性别、年龄、年级、父母基本情况,以及中小学生性与生殖健康相关知识的掌握情况及需求,单因素分析采用卡方检验和Fisher检验,多因素分析采用logistic回归分析。结果:共1159名中小学生参加本次研究,调查对象对于精子产生的器官问题的回答,中学生正确率为71.1%,小学生正确率为48.9%;卵子产生的器官的问题,中学生回答正确率为76.7%,小学生回答正确率为60.4%;精卵结合位置的问题,中学生回答正确率为53.5%,小学生回答正确率为50.0%;从妊娠到分娩所需时间的问题,中学生回答正确率为25.5%,小学生回答正确率为42.3%;logistic回归分析发现,母亲文化程度影响青少年对性与生殖健康教育的需求。结论:如何提高青少年母亲对相关问题的认知是社区干预的重点,进一步开展学校青少年性与生殖健康教育具有非常重要意义。Objective: To understand the situation and the need of the knowledge about sex and reproductive health for adolescent in Shanghai, and to provide study basis for effective intervention measures later. Method: A cross sectional survey research was used in the study. Multi stage randomized cluster sampling method was applied to select the subjects from six schools in Shanghai. The contents of the questionnaire included gender, age, grade, parents, needing and understanding knowledge of sex and reproductive health in primary and middle school students. Chi square test and Fisher's exact test and logistic regression analysis were used to do data analysis. Result.. A total 1159 primary and mid dle school students participated in the study, 71.1% of the middle school students and 48.9% of the pupils knew the correct organ of sperm produced. 76.7% of the middle school student and 60.4% of the pupils knew the correct organ of egg produced. 53.5% of the middle school students and 50.0% of the pupils knew the correct location of the sperm egg fusion.25.5% of the middle school students and 42.3 % of the pupils knew the correct time from pregnancy to birth. Logistic regression analysis showed that the mothers' cultural degree was an impact factor to the demands of sexual and reproductive health education for adolescent. Conclusion: How to improving the adolescents'mothers cognition on the sexual and reproductive health is the key issues for community intervention, and the further improving school sexual and reproductive health education has very important social significance.
