胃癌中Wnt2b和β连环蛋白的表达特点及意义

摘　　要：目的探究Wnt2 b与β连环蛋白(β-catenin)两种物质的胃癌表达意义。方法择取2013年9月‐2015年10月在该院进行胃癌治疗的50例患者,取其胃癌组织与癌旁正常组织,以免疫组织化学法进行染色诊断,分析Wnt2 b与β-catenin的不同表达,并对其临床意义进行总结。结果就Wnt2 b与β-catenin的阳性表达率而言,胃癌组织要远远高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌的生物学诊断中,Wnt2 b与β-catenin具有极为显著的临床意义。[Objective]To explore the expressions of Wnt2 b and β-catenin in gastric cancer.[Methods]Fifty patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from September 2013 to October 2015 were selected,from whom gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were taken and diagnosed by immunohistochemical staining method.The different expressions of Wnt2 b andβ-catenin were analyzed and the clinical significance was summarized.[Results]The positive expression rates of Wnt2 b and β-catenin in gastric cancer tissue were much higher than those in adjacent normal tissue,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Wnt2 b and β-catenin have remarkable clinical significance in the biological diagnosis of gastric cancer.
