西班牙拉里奥哈大学APS课程对我国高校顶岗实习的启示

摘　　要：西班牙拉里奥哈大学(La Universidad de La Rioja)通过设置APS实习课程项目培养学生的独立创新思维和专业实践应用能力,为学生顺利进入实习岗位和职业生涯提供强有力的保障。该大学的APS实习课程具有以下四个明显优势特征:一是课程设置具有针对性和系统性;二是课程安排以学生为中心,模式多元化;三是课程考核形式多样化,注重学生应用能力的培养;四是课程培养突出创新思维和交际合作能力。中国高校可以学习和借鉴该课程的设置并结合现实需求,设置实习工作小组,科学实施实习管理;优化实践课程,提供多元化的教学模式;提升学生创新思维和实践应用能力。The University of La Rioja,Spain（ La Universidad de La Rioja） develops students＇ independent innovation thinking and professional practice application ability and provides strong guarantee for students to enter the post practice job and career smoothly by setting APS post practice course program. APS post practice course has the following four distinct advantages： targeted and systematic curriculum; student-centered course arrangement and diversified teaching models; diverse examination forms,focusing on students＇ application ability; highlighting innovation thinking and communicative ability to cooperate. Universities in our country can learn from the design of that course,in conjunction with practical needs,set working groups,implement practice management scientifically,optimize practical courses,provide diversified teaching models,and improve students＇ abilities of innovation thinking and practice application.
