摘　　要：建筑工程英文标书的语域由语场、语式和语旨构成。其语场专业技术性强,译者必须如实译出原文的概念意义;其语式为正式程度较高的书面语,译者须从词汇和句式等方面再现原文的语篇意义;其语旨体现了招投标双方平等的法律关系,译者需选用适当的语气结构、情态系统再现原文的人际意义。准确把握上述三个变量,有助于实现建筑工程英文标书翻译的语域对等。The register of English bidding documents of civil engineering projects consists of discourse field, mode and tenor. The field is highly technical, and the translator must faithfully reproduce the original conceptual meaning; the mode belongs to a very formal written language, and the translator needs to reproduce the original textual meaning in terms of diction and sentence pattern ; the tenor shows an equal legal relationship between the tenderer and the tenderee, and the translator should reproduce the original interpersonal meaning by using proper mood and modality systems. An accurate grasp of the above three variables helps to realize the register equivalence in translating English bidding documents of civil engineering projects.
