摘  要:在日趋激烈的社会竞争中,教育发挥着越来越重要的作用,尤其是教师的作用被提到了新的高度。要充分理解教师的作用,我们需要学习墨子教师主动施教的教育思想。春秋战国时期,墨子根据"染于苍则苍,染于黄则黄"的"素丝说"提出"不扣必鸣"的主动施教思想并亲自实践。墨子的主动施教思想具有普及性、强制性和公益性特征,要求教师坚持主动施教的教育原则,积极主动地对学生施加影响,坚持甘于吃苦的奉献精神,采取各种具体的施教方法引导学生主动学习,形成交互式师生关系。In today' s increasingly fierce social competition, education, especially the role of teachers, plays an increasingly important role. To fully understand the role of teachers, we need to study the proactivc teaching which is an educational thought proposed by Mo - tse. During the Spring and Autumn Period, Mo - tse put forward the idea of proactive teaching and put it into practice on the basis of the "Theory of Tabula Rasa". His educational thought demonstrates the characteristics of universality, coerciveness and public welfare, requiring teachers to adhere to the principle of proactive teaching , and actively exert influence on the students; to be willing to endure hardship and persist in dedication, to adopt specific teaching method in guiding students' autonomous learning in order to form an interactive teacher- student relationship.
