摘　　要：将科学研究型的课题应用于大学本科药物化学的开放性实验,弥补传统的药物化学实验教学的不足;可以帮助参与的本科生了解新药研发设计的流程,掌握以及新药开发的设计原理,同时帮助本科生树立正确的科研习惯,培养创新思维和创新意识;建立科学的研究方法和严谨态度,为进一步深造打下良好的基础。The application of the scientific research in the open experimental course of undergraduate＇ medicinal chemistry make up for the inadequacy of traditional medicinal chemistry experimental teaching; Can help the undergraduates understand the process of drug discovery and development, grasp the design principle of new drug discovery and development, at the same time help undergraduates to set up the correct scientific habits, cultivate innovative thinking and innovative consciousness; Set up scientific research methods and attitudes, etc., lay a good foundation for the further study.
