农学专业企业课程教学探索与实践——以“食用菌工厂化生产”课程为例

摘　　要：通过对农学专业食用菌工厂化生产企业课程与职业、岗位对接的分析,重点围绕以企业需求为导向、以职业能力为目标、以岗位技能为主体这三个核心,分别从企业课程培养目标定位、教学内容设置,创新教学方法的开展以及强化实践教学的途径等几个方面对食用菌工厂化生产这门企业课程进行了教学探索与实践的阐述。After the analysis on the agronomy specialty edible mushroom factory production enterprise curriculum and profession,the author focused on the enterprise demand oriented,aiming at professional ability and job skills.As the main body of the three core,from the enterprise course culture goal orientation,teaching content,innovative teaching method development and strengthening practice teaching ways,several aspects of edible mushroom factory production business courses are expounded in the exploration and practice of teaching.
