摘　　要：试验以乌鸡肝脏为原料,研究乌鸡肝脏牛磺酸提取及常压耐缺氧能力。研究结果表明,乌鸡肝脏牛磺酸提取最佳工艺条件为超声波功率为240 W,超声波时间为36 min,乙醇体积分数为60%,液料比值为20 m L/g。乌鸡肝脏牛磺酸能延长常压缺氧条件下小鼠的惊厥时间和存活时间,具有较好的常压耐缺氧能力。Mainly discuss the extraction technology and anti-anoxia ability of taurine from chicken liver.The optimum extraction conditions of taurine from chicken liver were determined,such as extraction power for 240 W,ultrasonic extraction time for 36 min,ethanol concentration for 60%,and the solution and material ratio for 20 m L/g.And taurine from chicken liver could prolong atmospheric convulsion time and survival time,and had a good anti-anoxia ability.
