摘 要:目的 以提高执业能力为导向,培养医学生的临床综合能力,构建科学、合理的内科学实践教学模式。方法 将2014年8月~2015年9月在第一附属医院实习的2010级临床医学专业及全科医疗班160名学生作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组各80名,对实验组学生采用综合多元化训练模式进行培训,对照组学生沿用传统的培训方案进行技能培训。结果 观察组理论考试成绩,基础知识、技术操作、临床思维、沟通能力、优秀率均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义。结论 该教学模式使学生的综合能力得到明显的提高,为毕业后角色的转换及住院医师的规范化培训奠定了良好的基础。Objective To constructe a scientific and reasonable internal medicine practice teaching mode in order to improve executive ability. Methods 160 students in our hospital 2010 level clinical medical profession were chosen as the research object from August 2014 to September 2015. The research subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 80, the experimental group of students with a comprehensive diversity of training model for training, the control group of students in use of traditional training programs for skills training. Results Observation group theory test scores, basic knowledge, technical operation, clinical thinking, communication skills, excellent rates were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion This teaching mode makes the students' comprehensive ability be improved obviously, which lays a good foundation for the transformation of the role after graduation and the standardized training of resident doctors.
