摘 要:为了切实推进我国特殊教育的发展,2015年初,教育部确定了37个国家特殊教育改革实验区,针对我国特殊教育发展中的重点、难点问题,开展随班就读、医教结合、送教上门三个专题的特殊教育改革实验。一年来,实验取得了显著的成就。但是,通过实验区的汇报和实地考察发现:大多数实验区建设的总体水平依然不高,实验的深刻性、精准性、长效性、创新性有待加强。鉴于此,提出保障教育公平、健全特殊教育支持保障体系等五项建议。At the beginning of 2015, the Ministry of Education of China determined to set up 37 national-level special education reform experimental areas to promote the development of China' s special education, aiming at conducting experiments in inclusive education, the combination of medicine with education, and teaching at disabled students' homes, based on the key issues and difficulties in the development of special education. Over the past year, the experiments have made remarkable achievements. However, according to the repost by the experimental areas and on-the-spot investigations, most of the experimental areas are low-quality for lack of penetrating, accurate, sustaining, and innovative reforms. Therefore, the study suggests ensuring equity in education, and consummating the support system for special education.
