摘 要:高职高专辅导员工作有其独特性,其工作绩效考核标准应该提醒它的特点。目前,高职高专辅导员绩效考核主要存在考核主体设置不够合理、考核指标体系设置不够科学、绩效考核形式存在较大缺陷、绩效考核结果的界定和应用存在一定问题等困境。通过明确绩效考核主体,科学设置考核内容及指标体系,多渠道提高考核结果的客观性和公信力,加强辅导员绩效考核结果反馈及运用制度等措施,可以使高职高专辅导员绩效考核工作真正体现其价值。Higher vocational college counselors work has its uniqueness. Their work performance appraisal standard should remind the characteristics of it. At present,higher vocational college counselor performance appraisal mainly exists unreasonable appraisal subject setting. And the evaluation index system is set not enough scientific,large defect exists in the form of performance appraisal,performance appraisal results the definition and application of certain problems,etc. By defining performance appraisal main body,we should scientifically set up the evaluation contents and index system,through various channels to improve the objectivity and credibility of the assessment results,strengthen counselor performance appraisal result feedback and apply system measures. In thsi way we can make the higher vocational college counselor and perform appraisal work truly reflect its value.
