专业满意度与高职生创业意向的关系研究

摘　　要：通过整群分层抽样,抽取江西省438名高职生,采用一般情况调查表、个体创业意向量表、专业满意度量表进行问卷调查,以研究专业满意度与高职生创业意向之间的关系。研究结果表明:(1)创业意向在不同性别、专业、班干经历和兼职经历等人口学变量指标上,均表现出显著性差异。(2)专业满意度与创业意向呈中等程度的显著正相关。(3)专业满意度的专业实践实习、师资力量、专业前景因子对创业意向具有显著的正向预测作用。研究结果对开展高职院校教育改革和创新创业教育具有重要理论价值和实践意义。By stratified cluster sampling, 438 college students were selected from iangxi province to complete three questionnaires, including General Situation Questionnaire, Scale of Entrepreneurial Intention, Scale of Professional Satisfaction. The results revealed that： （I） Some demographic variables such as gender, major and part-time experience showed significant differences on entrepreneurial intension. （2） professional satisfaction was positively related to entrepreneurial intention. （3） The thctors extracted from major satisfaction, such as major practice, specialty prospect, teachers could positively predicted entrepreneurial intension. The afore-mentioned results deepened the educational reform of colleges, also innovated entrepreneurship education.
