摘 要:以犁胫为试验对象,采用结构光和双目立体视觉,在实验室条件下,搭建了热态犁体锻件样板曲线三维重构和测量系统,提出了非高斯分布激光条纹边缘的形态学检测方法和亚像素中心的提取算法;在对原始图像立体校正基础上,研究了对激光条纹进行二次校正和高精度匹配的方案和算法,提高了左右图像立体匹配和三维重构的精度和速度,并在Halcon平台上,实现了犁体结构光样板曲线的光刀中心提取、重构、拟合和数学描述,解决了犁体样板曲线尤其是热态锻件犁体样板曲线测量难的问题.在Intel(R)Core(TM)i7-5500U CPU@2.40 GHz处理器上运行,测量精度1.88 mm,耗时316 ms.试验证明,以结构光和双目立体视觉为手段对犁体样板曲线进行测量,避免了热态锻件辐射光的影响及其他干扰影响,具有一定精度和可行性,可以提高犁体设计、制造、检验的效率和方便性,为犁体轮廓的检验、测绘、描述、制造和设计提供了新的途径.With plough shin as the experimental object, using structured light and binocular stereo vi- sion, under laboratory conditions, the 3D reconstruction and measurement system of hot plough body's template curves are built, and the extraction algorithm of non-Gaussian distribution laser stripe's sub- pixel center and edge detection methods of morphology is proposed. Based on the 3 D correction of original image, the second correction and high-precision matching algorithm are studied, and the accura- cy and speed of stereo matching and 3D reconstruction are improved. On Halcon platform, the center extraction, reconstruction, fitting and mathematical description of the plough body's template curves of structured light are realized, the difficult problem of measurement of the template curves of plough body, especially of hot forging plough body is solved. It provides a new way for the inspection, map- ping, description, manufacturing and design of the plough body. Running on the Intel (R) Core (TM) i7 -5500U CPU@2.40 GHz processor, the measurement accuracy is 1.88 ram, and time con- suming is 316 ms. The experimental results show that the structured light and binocular stereo vision can be used to measure the template curve of the plough body, and the influence of hot forging radia- tion light and other interference effects are avoided. It has a certain accuracy and feasibility, and can improve the efficiency of the design, manufacture and test of the plough body.
