摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上采用响应面法对破囊壶菌Aurantiochytrium sp.油脂的超临界CO2萃取工艺进行优化。优化的工艺条件为:萃取压力30.3 MPa、萃取温度64.4℃、CO2流速56 L/h、萃取时间2 h,在此条件下的油脂提取率达到了74.55%;油脂的主要成分为十六碳烷酸(C16∶0)和二十二碳六烯酸(C22∶6,DHA),含量分别为48.818%和35.120%。萃取出的破囊壶菌油脂成分简单,DHA含量高,可作为保健品生产的重要来源。Based on the single factor experiments, the response surface methodology (RSM)was employed to optimize the conditions of supercritical CO2 extraction of oils from Aurantiochytrium sp..The optimum condition were as follow:extraction pressure of 30.3 MPa,temperature of 64.4 ℃,CO2 flow rate of 56 L/h and extraction time of 2 h,under which the oil extraction rate was 74.55%.The main components of oils were palmitic acid and DHA, which were 48.818% and 35.120% of the total fatty acids, respectively.The extracted oils of Aurantiochytrium sp.had simple composition and high DHA content,which can be used as potential resources for health products.
