摘 要:农畜产品中含有有害微生物可以使农畜产品腐败变质,快速可靠的检测有害微生物显得特别重要,高光谱成像技术可以对农畜产品微生物进行快速无损检测。本文首先介绍高光谱成像系统以及高光谱图像处理方法。然后介绍了高光谱成像技术在水产品微生物、肉类产品微生物、粮食籽粒微生物、水果表面有害微生物无损检测方面的研究进展。指出高光谱成像技术可以检测出有害微生物种类以及有害微生物的总量。尽管高光谱成像技术优势明显,但在精确性、快速挖掘数据等方面面临着挑战。随着光学技术、计算机技术的进一步发展,未来高光谱成像技术可能会在农畜产品微生物实时在线检测上得到应用。Microbial contaminant in agricultural and food products leads to spoilage which is damage for human healthand economic conditions.It is very important to rapidly detect the microbial contaminant.Hyperspectral imaging technology can rapidly detect microbial contaminant in agricultural and food products. In this paper, hyperspectral imaging system andprocessing methods were introduced.Then, recent research developments of hyperspectral imaging technology in the detection of microbial in meat products, grains were introduced. It was pointed out that thehyperspectral imaging technology can detect the microbial contaminant species and the total amount of microbial contaminant.Although the advantage of hyperspectral imaging technology is obvious, it is a challenge in accuracy and mining of data. With the further development of optical technology and computer technology, hyperspectral imaging technology will be applied in detection for microbial contaminant online.
