摘　　要：本文结合应用型本科院校高素质人才培养目标,思考专业基础课程"微机原理与接口"的教学,从教学内容的选择、教学难点的解决以及教学方法和手段的改革等三个方面加以思考,目的在于提高学生对该门课程的学习兴趣,培养学生的实践能力,以适应新时代的形势和要求。The teaching of the specialized basic course named Micro-Computer Principle thought, combined with the aim of high quality personnel training in applied undergraduate and Interface is main colleges in this paper Three aspects including the selection of teaching contents, the solution of teaching difficulties, and the revolution of teaching methods are considered. The purpose is to improve the students＇ study interest in the course, and to culti- vate the students＇ practical ability, and then to adapt to the new era of teaching situation and requirements.
