摘　　要：本文分析了在培养通信工程专业学生的工程实践能力时遇到的困难与挑战,并报告了我校卓越工程师班的实践培养情况。针对校企共同建立的WCDMA 3.5G移动通信网络实训基地,重点阐述了实训基地的功能及部分指标。最后针对卓越工程师能力培养以及进一步发展给出了笔者的思考与建议。This paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges encountered in the training of engineering practice a- bility of the communication engineering specialty, and the cultivation and practice of excellence engineer class in our institute is reported. For the 3.5G WCDMA mobile communication network training base, the paper focuses on the function and technical index of training base. At last, the thinking and suggestion about the development of the outstanding engineer is given.
