摘　　要：细胞培养技术是生命科学研究各个研究领域的基本技术,也是医学院研究生必备的实验技能。根据研究生教学情况,对细胞培养实验的教学方法、学生能力和素质培养及常见问题和应对措施进行了一些思考和总结。Cell culture technology is a basic technology in the field of life science research. It is also the necessary experiment skills of medical school postgraduates. We summarized the teaching methods, some common problems and countermeasures according to the teaching of cell culture experiment for postgraduates in clinical teaching hospital.
