摘 要:目的探讨高仿真模拟教学在护理本科教学中的应用及效果。方法采用方便取样法选取武汉市一所护理本科院校23名护理本科生进行高仿真模拟教学,采用问卷调查的方法调查学生对现有高仿真模拟教学的评价以及学生在教学后的满意度和自信心。结果学生对现有高仿真模拟教学的设计和实践评分较高,学生在模拟教学过程中的满意度和自信心处于较高水平,理论知识水平较模拟教学前有所提高(P<0.01)。结论高仿真模拟教学在护理本科教学中的应用效果较好,但将其整合入护理本科教育中的方法尚有待明确。Objective To explore the application and effect of high-fidelity simulation in nursing undergraduates education.Methods By convenience sampling, 23 cases were selected and applied with high-fidelity simulation education, they were investigated by questionnaire to understand their attitudes towards high-fidelity simulation and the confidence and satisfaction.Results Students hold a relatively positive attitudes towards high-fidelity simulation; the learning satisfaction and self-confidence perceived by students were high;their knowledge level was significantly improved (P〈0.01).Conclusions Nursing undergradu- ates think high-fidelity simulation is an effective teaching strategy; students are satisfied with it; but the way it integrates with undergraduate curriculum is unclear.
