摘　　要：大型开放式网络课程(MOOC)的发展给临床医学教育改革带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。如何利用MOOC促进临床医学教育的改革具有极大的现实意义。该文从MOOC的特点着手,探讨如何利用MOOC进行临床医学教育改革,包括MOOC对临床医学教育观念、资源的整合、临床培训及医学人文教育等几个方面的积极影响,为MOOC在临床医学教育中的普及做了初步探索。The development of MOOC brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges for clinical medical education reform. How to apply MOOC to promote the clinical medical education reform is of great practical significance. The paper studies how to apply MOOC for clinical medical education reform, including the positive effects of MOOC on clinical medical education concept, resource integration, clinical training and medical humanistic education from the characteristics of MOOC, which provides a preliminary exploration for the popularity of MOOC in the clinical medical education.
