摘　　要：该文在了解中国卫生人才现状的基础上,对比西方发达国家卫生服务人才引进方式、原则,寻找可为我国所借鉴的人才引进策略,为提高我国整体卫生人才素质、提升卫生行业竞争力提供富有实践性的启示。The paper finds out the strategies to introduce talents that can provide reference for our country on the basis of knowing the health talent status in China and compared with the health service talent introduction method and principle in western developed country, and it plays a practical instruction role in improving the overall health talent quality in China and improving the health industry competitiveness.
