摘　　要：从事母婴保健专项技术的医务人员,必须通过卫生行政部门的母婴保健技术资格考核并取得相应的合格证书。柳州市卫生与计划生育委员会与我校合作,在母婴保健技术资格考核中应用医学仿真模型进行模拟考核,医学仿真模型的真实性、可操作性、可重复性、时间使用的灵活性、操作流程的规范化与标准化、无医疗风险等优点有效地解决了资格考核所面临的临床病源不足、时间不可控、潜在的医疗纠纷等问题,并为探索母婴保健技术培训考核管理模式、组建医学类资格考试培训与考核中心提供了依据。The medical staff engaged in the maternal and infant health care specific technology must pass the qualification examination of maternal and infant health care technology in the health administration department and obtain the corresponding qualified certification. Liuzhou health and family planning committee applies the medical simulation model to simulation examination in the qualification examination of maternal and infant health care technology cooperating with our school, and the advantages including the authenticity, operability, repeatability, time-use flexibility, normative and standardized operation process and no medical risk of the simulation model effectively solves the problems of insufficient clinical disease sources, uncontrollable time and potential medical disputes and provides basis for exploring training and examination management model of maternal and infant health care technology and organizing the medical qualification examination training and examination center.
