摘 要:以多模态话语分析理论为依据,分析英语说课各环节及PPT课件中的听觉模态、视觉模态素材间的关系。伴语言模态在问候、教学步骤解说和致谢环节与话语主模态间为强化互补关系,在解说教材、学情、教学方法等环节为强化非互补关系。为突出主模态信息,不宜在PPT课件中使用过多动画,以免其与主模态产生模态交叠、冗余、抵消关系。应培养师范生的多模态话语协同意识,在话语活动中注意模态间的主次关系。Based on the multimodality discourse analysis,the paper analyzes the modal relations between the audio and the visual materials adopted in teaching plan presentations and the supporting PPT files.Some paralanguage modals form an emphatically complementary relation with presenters' language modality in the parts of the presentation like greeting,teaching procedure explanation and expressing thanks.Whereas the multiple modal materials applied to explaining teaching material,students' status,and teaching methods,when presented inappropriately,tend to produce non-complementary relations such as the modal overlapping,the modal redundancy and modal counteraction among the different modal materials.It suggests that for highlighting the information delivered by the leading modal,teaching plan presenters should avoid adding redundantly animated effects to the PPT files in case of counteraction influences on the principal modality and establish the awareness of multimodality collaboration characterized by the hierarchical relations among different modalities as well.
