摘　　要：为了适当降低理论推导,注重数学思想、数学方法和实践教学,根据线性代数课程教学内容和教学要求设计了以初等变换为主线的教学体系:从解线性方程组引入该课程,从解方程组的同解变换类推出矩阵的初等变换。在此基础上得到矩阵的行列式的相关性质及行列式理论,还利用初等变换讨论矩阵的秩和逆、讨论向量组的线性关系、解决二次型和线性空间中的问题。并补充了实验实践教学内容。In order to decrease the theoretical derivation and pay attention to mathematical thought,mathematical methods and practice teaching,this paper designs the teaching system with the concept of elementary transformation according to the linear algebra course teaching contents and teaching requirements：it starts the course from solving linear equations,and launches elementary transformation of matrix from it.On this basis, it gets the related properties of determinant of matrix and determinant theorywith primary transformation it also discusses inverse and rank of matrix,linear relationship of vector group and some problems of quadratic form and linear space. The experiment practice teaching content is added at last.
