摘 要:目的总结该校护理专业老年护理学开展实践教学的实施效果。方法选取2014级护理专业90名学生做为该次教学研究对象,在学生3次社会实践的开展和实施完成后,评价学生知识掌握情况、社会实践情况,通过学生对社会实践的评价评估此次实践教学的教学效果。结果通过实践教学后,相对于实践前,学生期末考试成绩明显提升,学生的社会实践情况一致较好,其中优秀率达到34.4%(31/90),良好率达到30%(27/90),合格率30%(27/90),不合格率仅5.5%(5/90)。结论开展老年护理学社会实践教学有利于护理专业学生专业成绩的提升,更好地掌握护理专业知识,提高学生的实践能力,帮助学生更好地适应临床护理的实践需求,因此,开展社会实践教学值得在教学中推广和应用。Objective To summarize the implementation effect of practice teaching of gerontology nursing carried out by nursing major in our school. Methods 90 students in nursing major in 2014 were selected as the teaching research objects, and the student's mastery of knowledge and social practice were evaluated after 3 social practices, and the teaching effect of this practice teaching was valued by the student's evaluation of social practice. Results The terminal examination scores of students were obviously improved after practice teaching compared with that before practice, and the social practice of all students was better, among them, the excellent rate was 34.4%(31/90), good rate was 30%(27/90), qualified rate was 30% (27/90) and unqualified rate was 5.5%(5/90). Conclusion The development of social practice teaching of gerontology nursing is conducive to improving the professional scores of students in nursing major, better mastering nursing knowledge, improving the practice ability of students, help students better suitable for practice demands of clinical nursing, therefore, it is worth promotion and application in teaching.
