摘　　要：《史记》体大思精、内涵丰厚,在跨文化交流中拥有重要的地位。文章从主体与客体的视角探讨了《史记》在跨文化交流中的双重价值。《史记》描述了中国与周边民族与国家的关系,首次记载了跨文化交流中的民族问题。另一方面,《史记》作为客体被全世界许多国家翻译,在文学、哲学、史学等方面都得到了深入研究,对世界文化的融合、发展与繁荣作出了重要贡献。Historical Records being grand in size and rich in thought enjoys high status in cross-cultural communication. From the perspectives of subject and object, this paper makes a probe at the cross-cultural dual value of Historical Records. Historical Records describes the relationship between China and its neighboring nations and peoples,making an initiative in recording national problems concerning cross-cultural communication. On the other hand, Historical Records has been translated in many countries, and meanwhile received a great amount of studies in the aspects of literature, philosophy, history, etc. , making a great contribution to the integration, development and prosperity of the whole world.
