摘　　要：将绿色生态理念应用于数字化学习资源建设,可以提出一套完善的实践体系,即"一种理念、两种保障、三种技术、四种机制"。也就是绿色生态理念,制度和组织保障,资源开发、存储、整合三种技术,资源的使用、共享、评价、进化四种机制。这对促进数字化学习资源建设的绿色、低碳、可持续发展具有重要的指导作用。In this research, We put forward a set of practical system, which can be summarized as ： ＂one kind of concept, two kinds of guarantee, three kinds of technology, four kinds of mechanism＂, The practical system includes the concept of green ecology, the guarantee of system and organization, the technology of development, stor age, and integration, the mechanism of resources using, sharing, evaluating, and evolving. It has an important guiding role in promoting the green, low-carbon, sustainable development of digital learning resources.
