岗位需求视域下的《平面图像设计》课程教学探析

摘　　要：随着互联网的快速发展,界面设计"美工"也随之受到重视,从而带动了平面设计与UI设计行业的兴起,就业市场供不应求。《平面图像设计》教学存在设定的人才培养方案与市场需求的人才之间不相适应的问题。运用抛锚式教学策略对《平面图像设计》课程进行教学改革,以岗位技能需求为中心,设计"轻理论、重实践"的课程教学内容,设置基于职业岗位工作过程的学习环境,合理使用各种网络资源,建立多元化考核评价机制,使课程教学更具实用性和针对性。Interface design has been taken seriously with the rapid development of the Intemet. It promotes the rise of graphic design and UI design industry, making demand exceeding supply in the job market. There is an inappropriate issue between the personnel cultivating program and rmrket demand for graphic design teaching. This article introduces anchored instruction to reform graphic design, puts job skills demand as the center, designs practical teaching content, sets job-based leaming environment, uses network resources rationally, and establishes a diversified assessment mechanism
