自噬相关蛋白Beclin1、p62、Atg5在浆液性卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨自噬相关蛋白Bechnl、p62、Atg5在浆液性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2014年1月至2015年12月在浙江省宁波市鄞州人民医院中西医结合肿瘤科行手术切除并经病理确诊的浆液性卵巢癌标本50例为观察组，同期因子宫肌瘤需切除正常卵巢标本10例为对照组，应用免疫组化法检测自噬相关蛋白Beclinl、p62、Atg5蛋白表达水平结合卵巢癌临床参数分析。结果浆液性卵巢癌组织中Beclinl、Atg5蛋白阳性表达率分别为38．0％、32．O％，均显著低于正常卵巢组织80．0％、70．O％；但浆液性卵巢癌组织中其p62蛋白阳性表达率72．0％，显著高于正常卵巢组织10．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Beclinl、Ats5的表达与浆液性卵巢癌临床分期、细胞分化程度之间均显著相关（P〈0．05），而p62蛋白的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移相关（P〈0．05）。结论自噬相关蛋白Beclinl、p62、Atg5在浆液性卵巢癌中的异常表达，可致自噬功能减低和自噬体形成减少，可能在浆液性卵巢癌的发生、发展发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Beclinl, p62 and Atg5 in serous ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Beclinl, p62 and Atg5 was detected in 50 serous ovar- ian cancer tissues by immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between their expression levels and the clinical parameters of serous ovarian cancer patients were analyzed. Results The expression of Beclinl and Atg5 in serous ovarian cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissue, but p62 was signifi- cantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue, and the difference had statistically significance （P〈0.05）. The ex- pression of Beclinl and Atg5 were correlated with degree of cell differentiation and clinical stage （P〈0.05）, while the expression of p62 was associated with clinical stages and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The abnormal expression of Beclinl, p62, Atg5 in serous ovarian cancer, which can lead to reduced autophagy body formation and autophagy activity, may be involved in the occurrence and development of serous ovarian cancer.
