摘　　要：结合钦州学院工程训练中心的建设实际,对工程训练中心师资的认识误区、师资要求等问题进行探讨,提出师资队伍建设的举措,可为地方院校在转型中建设好工程训练中心提供参考。Based on the practice of Engineering Training Center in Qinzhou University,some issues related to the misunderstanding of the teachers in engineering training centers and their requirements are discussed,and some initiatives for the construction of engineering training teachers are proposed so as to provide some references for local universities in transition to build up their engineering training centers well.
