摘  要:建立离子迁移谱快速检测食品中熏蒸剂溴甲烷的方法。对样品前处理和检测仪器进行了参数优化后,在顶空条件下,提取溶剂为饱和氯化钠水溶液,离子迁移谱为负离子模式,载气高纯空气,进样口温度60℃,检测器温度45℃,柱温40℃,漂流气流量250 m L/min,载气流量2 m L/min的条件下,溴甲烷的检出限(LOQ)为0.05 mg/kg;10次平行测量的相对标准偏差RSD<8.0%,单个样品的分析周期小于10 min。A method was developed for rapid determination of fumigant methyl bromide in foods by ion mobility spectrometry. The condition of the sample pretreatment and the detection instrument were optimized:headspace mode;the extraction solvent was saturated sodium chloride solution;ion mobility spectrometry was carried innegative ion mode;high pure air was used as carrier gas;the inlet temperature was set at 60 ℃;the detector temperature was set at 45 ℃;the column temperature was set at 40 ℃;drifting gas flow was 250 m L/min;carrier gas flow was 2 m L/min.The detection limit of methyl bromide(LOQ)was 0.05 mg/kg;the relative standard deviation of RSD 8.0 %(n=10);the Individual samples analysis period was less than 10 min.
