企业培训内容嵌入制药工程专业课程的研究

摘　　要：为适应国家现代职业教育和生物医药产业新的形势发展,以我校制药工程专业为研究对象,从理论课程、实践课程和毕业设计这三个环节开展将企业员工培训内容有机嵌入制药工程专业教学计划的教学改革。包括改变和增加与企业培训相关的理论课程;大幅增加学生的岗位实习时间,增强实践技能训练;以及在毕业设计环节增加以企业的实际项目课题,促进学生毕业后更快地融入企业。In order to adapt the new situation of national modem occupation education and bio- pharmaceutical industry development, the teaching reform, which was aimed to combining enterprise staff training content with teaching plan of Parmaceutical Engineering specialty, mainly involved the theory course, practical course, and graduation design, including changing and increasing theory course of enterprise training, enhancing the student＇s practice skills training, and increasing the actual project of enterprises.
