摘  要:测定了信阳市主要水产品Pb、Hg、Cd、As和Cr的含量,并根据单因子污染指数评价法对信阳市主要水产品的品质进行质量安全评价。结果表明,8种信阳市主要水产品的所有样品中均检出Pb和Cr,但均未检出Cd和Hg。在鲤鱼、鲫鱼、克氏原螯虾、鳙鱼和白鲢中检出As,检出率分别为60%、40%、40%、60%和40%。单因子污染指数评价法表明,8种信阳市主要水产品均受到不同程度的Pb污染,鲫鱼、白鲢和鳙鱼受到了轻度的As污染。This paper has measured the concentration of heavy metal( Hg、Cd、Pb、As、Cr) in the main aquatic products in Xinyang and used the single factor pollution index to assess the quality and safety of the main aquatic products in Xinyang. The results showed that all samples of the main aquatic products in Xinyang were detected by Pb and Cr, but no Cd and Hg. As was detected in Cyprinus carpio, Carassius auratus, Procambarus clarkia, Aristechthys nobilis and Hypophtyalmichthys molitrix, the detection rate respectively was 60%、40%、40%、60% and 40%. The Assessment by the single factor pollution index showed that all the main aquatic products in Xinyang were moderatly or badly polluted by Pb. Carassius auratus, Hypophtyalmichthys molitrix and Aristechthys nobilis were mildly polluted by As.
