摘　　要：德国高等职业院校内部治理具有机构完善、分工明确、相对独立和突显教授、学生主体地位的特点。参照德国经验,我国高职院校在进行内部治理改革时要从实际出发进行顶层设计,以教师为本,以学生为本。The internal governance of German vocational colleges reflects such features as “impeccable institutions establishment with distinctive division of responsibilities＆quot;, and＆quot;maintaining principal status of professors and students in school governance＆quot;. With refer？ence to the German experience, the reform of the internal governance in the domestic vocational colleges should be initiated from the start point of the reality of our country, to be implemented from top–down direction, and to stick to the principle of being both teach？er and student-oriented.
