摘　　要：本文从参加教学竞赛的切身感受出发,阐述了教学竞赛与课堂教学效果之间的关系。教学竞赛是提高青年教师教学能力,促进课堂教学效果的一条行之有效的途径。Based on personal experience of participating in teach-ing competition, this paper describes the relationship between the teaching competition and the effect of classroom teaching. Teach-ing competition is an effective way to improve teaching ability and promote the effect of classroom teaching for young teachers.
