美国创业教育师资队伍建设的经验与启示——以百森商学院为例

摘　　要：创业教师对大学生创业教育起着决定性作用。美国创业氛围浓厚,创业师资储备充足,专兼职配置合理。美国创业教育的成功典范——百森商学院在创业师资建设方面更是独树一帜,其师资数量充足广泛、师资结构优质合理、教师招聘严格灵活、教师培训多样互促、教师晋升与福利制度公平高效。结合我国现阶段创业教育师资建设中存在的不足,借鉴百森商学院的经验,得出有益于促进我国创业师资建设的启示。Entrepreneurial teachers are the key factors in entrepreneurial education. In America, the entrepreneurialatmosphere is strong, the teachers are sufficient, the structure is reasonable. As a success story in American ,s , Babson College is flying it s own colors. The number of entrepreneurial teachers is sufficient, the structure ishigh quality and reasonable, the recruitment is extensive and flexible, the training is various and promotes mutually, the promotion and welfare system are fair and efficient. By combining with the problems existing in the constructionof entrepreneurship education teachers in our country, it is concluded that it is beneficial to promote the constructionof entrepreneurship education in China.
