摘  要:直到今天,基础教育领域以应试为导向的现状并未得到彻底扭转。应试导向的教育现象背后有深刻的心理、社会和教育体制上的原因。改变教育的应试导向是一项教育工程,也是一项心理和社会工程。改革的理念和措施包括树立"先利社会"的精英意识和"利己更利社会"的大众意识;信守"关怀"为教育之始,"委任"为教育之终的理念;努力创建"精英与平民共处的和谐型社会",并持续为学生提供"品质与多样共存的支持型教育"。Until now, the status quo of test oriented has not been reversed thoroughly in the field of fundamentaleducation. There are profound reasons of psychology, social and of educational system behind this phenomenon ofeducation. The change of for - tested education is an educational project , it also is a psychological and social project.The idea and measures of reform include establishing elite consciousness of 44 for society first" and mass consciousnessof 44 self - interest but for society more" ; abiding by the idea of 44from the care to the appointed^ ; creatinga harmonious society for elite and general public ; providing high quality and various supporting educations forstudents continuously.
