摘　　要：大型仪器设备是高校实验室的主要技术装备,是高校从事教学、科研最直接的物质基础和保证,如何充分发挥大型仪器设备的使用效益,是高校实验室设备管理工作中的重要研究课题。以塔里木大学为代表,对高校大型仪器设备使用效益的现状及存在的问题进行了简要分析,从设备购置论证、建立效益评价和考核体系、建立专项经费、实验技术队伍建设、开展社会服务、强化管理制度、建立信息网络等方面提出了提高高校大型仪器设备使用效益的思路和途径。Large-scale instruments are the main technical equipment of universities,and the most di-rectly material foundation and guarantee of the universities teaching and researching activities,how to improve the utilization benefit of large-scale instrument is an important research direction in universi-ties. Taking Tarim University as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation and the problems existed in the utilization benefit of large-scale instruments in universities,and also offers some thought and approach to improve the utilization benefit of large-scale instruments in universities from following aspects ： demonstration of purchase equipment,establishment instruments efficiency evaluation and ap-praisal system, set up special funds, build experiment technical team, develop the social service, strengthen the regular administration system and build information network.
