摘 要:群众性教育科研,是指在教育行政部门领导下以广大中小学教师为主体的教育科研活动。群众性教育科研管理的内在价值在于大幅度提升群众性教育科研参与者的专业核心素养和综合素质,改变他们的职业生态与行为方式,提高他们的创新能力和实践操作能力,从而达到改进教学、促进学校内涵式发展的目的。要达到这一目的,就需要树立正确的群众性教育科研观,改变“重物轻人、重形式轻内容”的现象,构建实践取向的群众性教育科研管理模式,实施基于数据与细节的学术评价,激发作为研究者的一线教师的内动力。The intrinsic value of Mass Educational Research Management mainly has the following aspects:improving the professional core quality and literacy of research participants,changing their occupational ecology and daily life style,advancing their innovative abilities and practical abilities to achieve the objective of improving education and promoting schoolconnotative development finally.To realize the objective,we should set up correct value of Mass Educational Research management, change the phenomenon that people pay more attention to things rather than human beings,and to forms rather than contents,construct a practice-oriented Mass Educational Research Management model,implement academic evaluation based on data and facts,release the front-line teachers’internal power as researchers.
