摘　　要：高校英文门户网站翻译团队的建设是高校发展的必然趋势,然而目前学术界鲜有对其进行理论上的探讨和研究。从项目管理理论、主体和主体间性理论、雁行理论和共生理论四个角度对高校翻译团队的建设进行理论上阐述,对其建设有一定的指导意义。The translation team construction of English portal website in Chinese universities and colleges is an inevitable trend of websites＇ localization. However, presently the academic circle has little discussion about it theoretically. This paper will have a tentative exposition about its construction from four theoretical perspectives of the project management, subjectivity and inter-subjectivity, flying-geese model and symbiosis, with an expectation of achieving the guiding significance in the translation team building.
