民办园纳入政府主导集团化办园的现实性与策略探析

摘　　要：民办幼儿园(以下简称民办园)是我国学前教育不可或缺的生力军。由于过分追求盈利和缺乏必要的监管,民办园办学中的失德、失范行为屡禁不止,保教学质量亟待提升。将民办园纳入政府主导集团化办园模式,能树立民办园正确的价值观,建立公办园、民办园互惠共赢利益共同体,激发民办园教育者的工作热情。Our private garden is an indispensable force in preschool education. Due to the excessive pursuit of profit and the lack of the necessary supervision,misconduct and anomieare difficult to prohibit in the running of non-governmental kindergarten. So it is urgent to enhance the quality of preschool education. Meanwhile, bringingnon-governmental kindergarten into the government-led kindergarten collectivization will foster morally sound value on founders of non-governmental kindergartens and awin-win benefit community between public and private kindergartens, therefore to arouse the enthusiasm of staffs in non-governmental kindergartens.
