摘  要:目的分析云南省学校卫生工作现状(相关能力)与问题,并提出相关发展建议。方法采取横断面调查法,选取全省疾控中心的学校卫生相关科室作为调查对象,通过问卷进行调查,收集学校卫生工作有关的单位与部门基本情况与相关能力、组织管理与协调、开展的工作、辖区学校基本情况,并对其相关情况进行描述性分析。结果疾控机构中,设独立学校卫生科室的机构比例为14.57%、学校卫生工作人员专职比例为39.76%、88.24%的单位未进修过;75%的单位学校卫生工作无财政拨款;学生健康危险行为监测工作为空白;与教育、卫生行政部门合作不到85%;校医配备不足。结论应全面覆盖学生卫生工作,降低全省学校传染病和突发事件的发生。Objective To understand the current situation of school health work in Yunnan Province, so as to provide the evidence for strengthening the school health work. Methods The school health-related departments of three levels of the center for disease control and prevention(CDC) were selected and investigated with the questionnaires in Yunnan Province. The information about school health work in the relevant units and departments was collected, and the information included the basic situation and related ability; organization, management and coordination;carrying out work; and school district basic situation. Results The proportions of the independent school health department and full-time school health personnel of CDC were 14.57% and 39.76% respectively.The personnel in 88.24% of the units had no further educa-tion,75.00% of the units had no the financial allocation funds to carry out school health work, and the student health risk behavior surveillance work was not done in provincial and municipal CDCs. Theproportion of cooperation between educa-tion and health administrative departments wereless than 85%. The school doctors were insufficient. Conclusion The relevantauthorities should strengthen the school health work so as to reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and emer-gencies in the schools in Yunnan Province.
