摘 要:介绍了热交换原理与技术实验装置的构建、实验方法和实验内容,通过引入精密的测试仪器、采集仪器、高性能的数据处理设备以及前沿的科研成果和技术。采用LabVIEW软件编制控制和数据采集程序,与课程内容紧密结合,使学生更加立体直观熟悉热交换设备的结构计算、工作特性和优化设计。实践证明,创新性实验教学与传统的理论教学模式相结合,有力地推动了实验教学改革和课程教学质量的提高,激发了学生的学习热情和创新意识,有较强的实际工程应用价值。This paper introduces a new type of teaching experimental device, corresponding experiment method and experiment content, combining with advanced research achievements and technology. The hardware includes precise testing instrument, data-collecting instrument and high performance data processing equipment. The control and data acquisition programs are designed by LabVIEW software. These improvements make the experiment more closed to the contents of the textbook, and make the students more intuitive and familiar with the structure calculation, working characteristics and optimization design of the heat exchange equipment. The practice shows that the combination mode of innovative experimental teaching and traditional theory teaching has greatly promoted the reform of experimental teaching and improved the quality of the course teaching, and this can inspire the students' learning enthusiasm and innovation consciousness, and has strong practical engineering application value.
