摘 要:研究了螺旋榨油机制取蓖麻籽油的工艺。以汾蓖6号蓖麻籽为原料,采用FY172-C型螺旋榨油机通过热榨的方法,在单因素试验和正交试验条件下探索影响汾蓖6号蓖麻籽出油率的因素,以及各影响因素的最佳取值和最佳组合。结果表明:影响蓖麻籽出油率的主要因素次序为水分含量>壳仁比>入榨温度;在入榨温度128℃、水分含量12%、壳仁比2.6∶10条件下,蓖麻籽出油率最高,达到44.13%。The pressing process of castor seed oil by FY172 -C screw press was studied. With Fen Castor No. 6 castor seed as raw material, the main factors influencing the oil yield of Fen Castor No. 6 castor seed hot pressed by FY172 - C screw press and their optimal values and combinations were investigated by sin- gle factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that moisture content had the grea- test effect on the oil yield of castor seed, followed by ratio of shell to kernel and pressing temperature. Un- der the conditions of pressing temperature 128 ℃, moisture content 12% and ratio of shell to kernel 2.6: 10,the oil yield of castor seed was the highest,reaching 44.13%.
