摘　　要：新建地方师范学院的转型发展,首先须得有一个全局性的谋略和策划。介绍"转型"的涵义,探讨新建地方师范学院转型发展的目标指向,探寻其转型发展的"元基点",分析其转型发展的核心任务,对新建地方师范学院的转型发展提出战略构想。The transformation and development of the newly established local normal colleges should have a global strategy and planning. This paper introduces the meaning of ＂ transformation＂, discusses the transformation and development goal of the newly established local normal colleges, explores the ＂me- ta base points＂ and analyzes the major tasks of the transformation and development, and finally puts for- ward the strategic concention of the transformation of the newly established local normal college.
