摘 要:目的 基于探索性因子分析构建儿科护士胜任力模型.方法 通过问卷调查收集信息、数据,采用探索性因子分析对模型内部结构进行分析.结果 儿科护士胜任力模型包括12个维度、45个指标,12个维度分别为:个性特质、服务特征、动机导向、风险管理、关爱能力、创新能力、职业道德、职业素养、应对能力、沟通协调、社会学习、解决问题.结论 构建儿科护士胜任力模型为儿科护士的甄选、培训、绩效管理提供了理论依据.Objective To construct a competency model of the pediatric nurse in the hospital. Methods The data was collected by a cross-sectional survey through exploratory factor analysis for revealing the internal structure of the competency model. Results The competency model includes 12 dimensions and 45 feature indexes, which are personal characteristics, service characteristic, motivational orientation, risk management, concern and love, innovation ability, professional ethics, professionalism, coping capacity, communication and coordination, social learning, problem solving skill. Conclusions Construction of the competency model has a theoretical foundation in the selection,training and performance measurement of the pediatric nurse.
