摘  要:目的通过开设老年疼痛治疗跨专业选修课,提高医学本科生的老年疼痛知识和态度水平。方法由跨学科医护师资团队对两个学期选修老年疼痛治疗课程的120名不同专业医学本科生开展疼痛教育,比较课前课后医学生疼痛态度、信念和知识的变化,评价医学生对课程的满意度。结果课程结束时,医学生疼痛知识得分由(33.46±8.85)分提高到(55.46±10.02)分(t=17.560,P<0.01)。学生对教学评价的条目均分为3.93分。结论跨专业开设老年疼痛治疗选修课是对医学本科生疼痛教育的有益尝试。Objective To improve medical undergraduates' knowledge and attitude in geriatric pain by implementing an inter-professional elective course on geriatric pain management. Methods An elective course on Geriatric Pain Management was provided by interdisciplinary lecturers among 120 undergraduate medical students from different specialties in two semesters. Scores of pain related attitudes, beliefs and knowledge were compared and student satisfaction was evaluated pre- and post-course. Results Students' score of pain knowledge increased from 33.46±8.85 to 55.46±10.02(t=17.560,P〈0.01). The average score of students' evaluation on the curriculum was 3.93. Conclusion This interdisciplinary elective course on geriatric pain management is a positive attempt to undergraduates' pain education.
