摘 要:目的针对耳鼻喉科的教学现状,通过调查不同学习阶段的七年制学生对于耳鼻咽喉科教学需求,为耳鼻咽喉科教学改革提供参考。方法发放不记名问卷,调查不同学习阶段七年制学生对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学的需求。被调查同学分为三组,分别为A组:理论课教学开始前(2011级33人);B组:见习后(2011级30人);C组:实习后(2010级30人)。内容包括学生认为耳鼻咽喉科的重要性、教学方法评价、不同教学内容的时间分配等。结果学生对于耳鼻咽喉科的学习兴趣不大,但都认识到耳鼻喉解剖的重要性;随着学生对临床了解的增多,学习需求逐渐向临床知识倾斜;临床教学为主同时兼顾相关基础知识的教学方法最受欢迎。结论为了提高学生的学习兴趣,目前的耳鼻咽喉科教学应与全身疾病和病例教学相结合,解剖教学应与临床疾病紧密结合。Objectives Confront with the present situation of the otolaryngology education in China, we investigated students who were in seven-year education system in different learning stages to know their demand on learning otolaryngology, to get reference for educational reformation of otolaryngology. Methods An anonymous questionnaire was conducted to investigate the demand of otolaryngology education to the seven year students in different learning stages. The students involved divided into three groups. Group A include students without theoretical lessons (33 students enrolled in 2011);Group B include students after trainee(30 students enrolled in 2011);Group C include students after internship(30 students enrolled in 2010). The main questions included the importance of otolaryngology, teaching methods evaluation and time arrangement of different knowledge in one class. Results Students did not show much interest in learning this subject, but showed more and more interest in the clinic knowledge with their clinic medical training. Their favorite teaching method was clinical case teaching with other related basic knowledge. Conclusions To make students interested in otolaryngology learning, otolaryngology knowledge should be taught combined with systemic diseases and clinical cases, and the anatomy teaching should combined with clinical diseases.
